Frantz Building Services' training program focuses on preventing the spread of infectious bacteria through proper cleaning procedures.

Medical facilities maintenance includes but is not limited to the following:

• Empty, clean and sanitize all trash receptacles.
• Dust and damp mop floors, special attention paid underneath machinery and chairs.
• Clean mirrors.
• Dust ledges and baseboards.
• Damp wipe, polish and shine all bright work, metal fixtures, utility covers, and plumbing.
• Restroom cleanup and sanitizing.
• Fill all tissue, seat covers, soap and towel dispensers.
• Spot clean and vacuum carpet.

Services provided may differ according to the contract.
